Shipping Policy

Every Doblé© order ships from our Cairo facility to anywhere in Egypt.
1. Rates

2. Delivery times
- Greater Cairo & Alexandria 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
- Other governorates 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas (Sinai, Western Desert oases, Red Sea south) 4 to 7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Cairo time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Friday/Saturday ship the next business day. We don't ship on national holidays.
3. Our courier partners
We ship through Bosta and/or Aramex Egypt's leading e-commerce couriers across all 27 governorates. For premium or time-sensitive deliveries we partner with Aramex. You'll see the chosen carrier on your tracking page.
4. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. The courier will call before delivery to confirm you're available.
4. Payment on delivery
If you chose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready. The courier carries limited change. You may inspect the parcel for damage before paying but you may not open or test the bottle before paying see our Refund Policy for return rules after opening.
5. Failed delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both fail and we can't reach you by phone, the order returns to our facility and we'll email you to arrange a re-ship (you pay re-ship costs) or a refund (you pay the original delivery cost).
6. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the windows above, email doblefragrance@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.
7. International orders
At launch, we ship within Egypt only. International shipping is planned for late 2026 — join our newsletter to hear when it opens.
