The fragrances
What does "inspired by" actually mean?
It means exactly what it says. We study a fragrance the world already loves, then craft our own interpretation of it using the same quality oils. We are not the original, we don't claim to be, and we name the fragrance that inspired every scent openly on its product page. What you're not paying for is the campaign, the celebrity, and the name on the box.
Is it the same as the original?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. It is our interpretation, built to sit in the same territory and to last on skin the way a good eau de parfum should. Many people can't tell them apart. Some can. We'd rather you know that up front.
How long does it last?
Around six hours on skin, longer on fabric, and longer again in the cooler months. Every Doblé is an eau de parfum concentration, blended for the Egyptian climate rather than a European one.
What sizes do you make?
50ml and 100ml. Nothing smaller, nothing in between.
How do I choose if I can't smell it first?
Take the scent quiz. Four questions, about twenty seconds, and it pulls a match straight from the collection based on who it's for, where you're wearing it, and how loud you want to be. Every product page also names the fragrance that inspired it, so if you already love something, start there.
Ordering and delivery
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Egypt, across all 27 governorates. We ship from Cairo.
How long does delivery take?
Two to three business days for Greater Cairo and Alexandria. Three to five for other governorates. Four to seven for remote areas such as Sinai, the Western Desert oases, and the southern Red Sea.
Is delivery free?
Free standard delivery in Cairo and Giza on orders over EGP 1,500. Below that, and everywhere else, delivery is charged based on your area and shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. When that changes, the people on our list will hear first.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the bottle is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal sticker intact. Fragrance that has touched skin or air can't be resold, which is both the law here and basic hygiene. Full details in our refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the damage before you finish opening it, send the photos to hello@doblefragrance.com within 48 hours, and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Can I exchange instead?
Yes, and it's faster than a refund. We'll swap an unopened bottle for any other Doblé of equal price. Pay the difference if you go up, we credit it if you go down.
The brand
Where is Doblé made?
Cairo. Blended and filled locally, by a company registered in Egypt.
What are the six moods?
Fresh, Flirty, Bold, Muse, Signature, and Temptation. They're not scent families in the technical sense, they're feelings. Each fragrance is built around one of them, and the sticker on the bottle tells you which.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
Both, and neither, depending on the scent. Every product page says whether we made it for him, for her, or for anyone. Ignore us if you disagree, it's your skin.
