Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Doblé© fragrance. If a scent isn't right for you, here's how returns work.

1. The 14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the bottle must be:

  • Unopened: The circle sticker closing the box must still be intact
  • Unused: no sprays, no testing on skin or fabric
  • In its original packaging, including the hangtag and the outer box

This is required by Egyptian consumer protection rules and by basic hygiene, fragrance touched to skin or sprayed in the air cannot be resold.

2. How to start a return

Email doblefragrance@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number (starts with #DBL)
  2. The item(s) you want to return
  3. A short reason (optional but helpful it makes our scents better)

We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement.

3. Who pays for return shipping

  • Wrong item sent / damaged on arrival / manufacturing defect we pay return shipping AND replace or refund.
  • Changed your mind you pay return shipping (calculated depending on city).

4. Damaged on arrival

Photograph the parcel and the damage before opening fully and email the photos to us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

5. Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund:

  • Paymob / card payments 10 business days back to the original card
  • Cash on delivery bank transfer or store credit, your choice, within 3 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

6. Exchanges

Faster than a refund: we'll swap your unopened bottle for any other Doblé© fragrance of equal price. Pay the difference if you upgrade; we credit the difference if you downgrade.

7. Non-returnable

  • Opened or used bottles (hygiene)
  • Gift sets where any bottle has been opened
  • Free samples
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

8. Order cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll cancel and refund in full. After shipping, the return process above applies.
